Lake Perry is one of the largest lakes in Kansas with many miles of shore line.  Lake Perry was established and is maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of  Engineers.  Perry State Park, on the west side of the lake, is an extensive series of
camp sites, cabins, picnic areas, hiking trails, equestrian trails, and boat ramps maintained by the Kansas State Department of Wildlife and Parks.  Other camp sites, cabins, boat ramps, hiking trails, and other amenities are to be found on the north and east sides of the lake.  Moreover, two marinas and a yacht club are to be found on Perry Lake, along with lodging and restaurants.
Year-round fishing throughout the lake and seasonal hunting in selected areas are also available.  Additionally, a golf course is to
be found north of the lake.  Links to many of these amenities are to be found on the "Attractions" page.

Directions to Little House on the Perry, a Cottage Retreat

The maps above show U.S. 24 Highway, which connects Topeka with Lawrence and Kansas City.  The red star on the

From Kansas City: take Interstate 70 toll road west to the east Lawrence exit.  Go north on U.S. 59 Highway until it meets
